2025 O'Neil Rd Improvements

Project Overview

O'Neil Road from Hanley Road to Tower Road will be under construction in 2025. The improvements will include pavement reclamation, concrete curb and gutter and the addition of an 8-foot shared-use path on the west side. A typical section of the street is shown below. 

Schedule

Construction Start - July 21, 2025
Substantial Completion - September 26, 2025 (weather pending)

Detour Route and Business Access

O'Neil Road will be open for business access traffic only. Please use Rock Street from Hanley Road and Willis Miller Drive from Tower Road to access the St. Croix Business Park.

Special Assessments

Final Special Assessment letters were mailed to property owners on October 10, 2025 with the final amount owed. Payment in full is due October 31, 2025. If you elect to not pay in full, your special assessment will be automatically placed on your property taxes as indicated in the letter you received.
