NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Appeals of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a variance application by Brett Briant for a request to reduce minimum lot area in an R-1, Single Family Residential District by 1,457 square feet on the property of 916 Tenth Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin also known as St. Croix County tax parcel 236-0425-00-000. The applicant is requesting a variance from Municipal Code §255-Attachment 2, Table of Dimensional Requirements, to reduce minimum lot size from 9,000 square feet to 7,543 square feet in order to create a developable residential lot to the immediate south of the existing house.
