NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a conditional use permit for Benjamin Loehrer, Los Campeones Gym owner, to amend an existing CUP to operate a 24-hour indoor recreational facility/weightlifting gym in an I-1, Light Industrial District, at 1450 Swasey Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
