NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COMMON COUNCIL, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, January 8th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by Ron Gagnon and Reuter Walton to rezone 100 Commercial Street, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016 from I-1, Light Industrial District to B-3, Central Business District. No land use map amendments are proposed for the existing General Business land use designation. The property is located within the Lower St. Croix Riverway River Town Management Zone and is subject to requirements of the City of Hudson Riverway Code and State of Wisconsin Statute NR 118 (NR118.05(2)(b) and City Code 255-18(A)). Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
