NOTICE OF AVAILABLE LIQUOR LICENSE
Pursuant to Section 145-8 (D)(1) of the Hudson Municipal Code, the City of Hudson hereby notifies the public that one (1) “Class B” Intoxicating Liquor License and one (1) Class “B” Beer License has come available for issuance by the City
The fee for the Class “B” Beer license is $600 per year.
Application material is available at the City Clerk’s office located at 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016 and online at www.hudsonwi.gov.
The Common Council shall not consider any applications for said alcohol beverage license until 15 days have elapsed from the first publication date of the public notice and all applicants applying within that fifteen-day period have met the waiting period required under state law. All provisions of state law and the Hudson Municipal Code shall apply to the consideration of any alcohol beverage license applications.
