NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Common Council of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to invite public comment regarding the consideration of amendments to municipal code Chapter 225 and Chapter 255 as well as the Table of Permitted Uses to include a definition of Smoke Shops, a definition of cannabidiol (CBD) and denote which zoning districts such shops and items should be permitted conditionally for retail. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 505 Third Street, Hudson WI, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
