NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of an application for a conditional use permit by Chippewa Concrete Services, Inc. to operate a temporary concrete batching plant in an I-2, General Industrial Zoning District at 2700 Hanley Road, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin located in the Mimbach Quarry. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video over the phone by voice.
