With the Vine Street reconstruction project underway and with access to the Library/Police Department Parking Lot and the Bathhouse Parking Lot closed temporarily, the Parking Enforcement Department will NOT be enforcing the meters on First Street from its intersection with Locust Street going north past the Library and Police Department.
Once the first segment of Vine Street is completed and access is available to the two City parking lots in the area, meter enforcement will resume.
