NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by Todd Ellingson to rezone 327 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016 from R-1, Single Family Residential to R-2, Two Family Residential. No land use map amendments are proposed for the existing One and Two-Family Residential designation. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
