Notice of Meeting to Adjourn
City of Hudson, Saint Croix County
Please take notice that the Hudson Board of Review (BOR) will meet-to-adjourn on May 5, 2025, at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is simply to call the BOR into session during the 45-day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(1) and due to the revaluation, the assessment roll will not be completed at this time. The BOR will convene and then promptly adjourn until October 22nd, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
The Assessor shall be available for the Open Book on October 8th, 2025, from 9:00a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Instructional material will be provided at the Open Book to people who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
