NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a conditional use permit for Anke Corbeil to construct an accessory structure with a footprint greater than 1,000 square feet and containing an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1, Single Family Residential zoning district, at 1321 Third Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
