NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a conditional use permit for property owner Laura Butler to construct an accessory building greater than 1,000 square feet in footprint area with an upstairs accessory dwelling unit in an R-1, Single Family Residential zoning district, at 800 Vine Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
