NOTICE OF HEARING AND RESOLUTION TO VACATE/DISCONTINUE A PORTION OF UNDEVELOPED ALLEYWAY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016, on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and taking action on Resolution 02-25 which was introduced at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin, on January 21, 2025. The proposed area to be vacated is 5,257 square feet of undeveloped alleyway between 739 11th Street and properties 718-802 10th Street. A copy of the proposed Resolution 02-25 and a map depicting the area proposed to be vacated and discontinued may be obtained from or viewed at the Front Desk of City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016.
