NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLAN COMMISSION, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a proposal put forth by Brian Zeller on behalf of the property owners seeking to change a legal nonconforming use, pursuant to §255-7(E), from “dental office” to “professional offices including but not limited to dental, medical, legal, accounting, and engineering” in an R-2, Two Family Residential zoning district, at 1103 Summer Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
