NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a conditional use permit amendment for Hearth Development to amend the existing Bella Rose Master Plan CUP for the overall Bella Rose Development southwest of the intersection of Carmichael and Vine, in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Specifically, the request seeks to alter maximum building height and setbacks of 585 Annabelle Way, which was master planned as a multi-family residential land use and will remain as such. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
