NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of the Plan Commission to the conditional use permit for work adjacent to the Lower St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, to permit filling and grading within a slope preservation zone (NR 118.07(5)), and construction of structural erosion control measures in a slope preservation zone (NR 118.07(6)). This is in regards to the proposed remediation of impacted materials on the Northern States Power-Wisconsin Property located at 5 St. Croix Street. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment on a conditional use permit three-year review for O-I-See Youth Strategies, LLC to conduct youth respite care, supportive home services, mentoring services, and small instructional classes at 426 Oak Street. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of an application for a conditional use permit for Jay Clairain / Chateau de Aimer to operate a bed-and-breakfast at 1031 Second Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 17, 2019, 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by Hearth Development, LLC to rezone: 

- St. Croix County tax parcel 020-1085-30-000 from AR, Agricultural Residential to PRD-3, Planned Residential Development 

- St. Croix County tax parcel 020-1085-20-000 from AR, Agricultural Residential to PRD-3, Planned Residential Development and B-2, General Business

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 17, 2019, 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by LandVest, LLC to rezone St. Croix County tax parcel 236-2041-00-000 from RM-1, Multiple Family Residential to RM-2, Multiple Family Residential and amend the City of Hudson comprehensive plan land use designation from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. The 6.22 acre m/l property is generally located north of Hanley Road and west of Old Highway 35 South.
