Hudson Municipal Court


The Hudson Municipal Court was created by the City of Hudson and has exclusive jurisdiction over all actions involving municipal ordinance violations with forfeitures as penalties. The Court is an independent branch of government, not a department of the legislative branch or the police department.

The Hudson Municipal Court is committed to serving the people of the City of Hudson with fair and impartial service in a respectful and orderly manner. Due to the construction at City Hall we will continue to hold VIRTUAL court proceedings until October 6, 2021 when we will resume 'in-person' proceedings. In the meantime, to appear by mail please fill out the appropriate plea form at the left and return to the municipal court at LEAST ONE DAY prior to the court date listed on the citation. To schedule a Zoom hearing, please contact the clerk AT LEAST TWO DAYS prior to the court date on the citation at 715-716-5737. 

Faxing court documents has been temporarily suspended due to the construction at City Hall. Please mail or email all court documents until Monday, September 27, 2021.
