Reservations for parks in the City of Hudson can be made for the first full week of May through the second full week of October.
Online reservations must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date. Reservations can be made in person up to seven (7) days prior to the date with fees being due at the time of the in-person reservation.
Fees must be paid within ten (10) days of the date that the reservation request was approved. Fees can be paid in cash or by check made payable to the City of Hudson. Fees not paid in a timely manner will cause the reservation to be canceled and the facility open to others.

The form may also be completed in person at the Parks office on the third floor of Hudson City Hall, 505 Third Street.
Small pavilion rentals are not entitled to any cancellation refund.
Large pavilion rentals are entitled to a full refund, less a $40 cancellation fee, if cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation. Cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation are not eligible for the refund.
