The Hudson Municipal Court was created by the City of Hudson and has exclusive jurisdiction over all actions involving municipal ordinance violations with forfeitures as penalties. The Court is an independent branch of government, not a department of the legislative branch or the police department.

Due to COVID 19, we are NOT currently holding "in-person" court proceedings. To appear by mail please fill out the appropriate plea form at the left and return to the municipal court at LEAST ONE DAY prior to the court date listed on the citation. To schedule a Zoom hearing, please contact the clerk AT LEAST TWO DAYS prior to the court date on the citation at 715-716-5737.
Due to COVID-19, our staffing at City Hall is limited. If you would like to speak with a court staff member in person, please note that staff will be available at City Hall Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm or Mondays by appointment. Staff will continue to be available by phone and email Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
