Hudson Municipal Court

The Hudson Municipal Court was created by the City of Hudson and has exclusive jurisdiction over all actions involving municipal ordinance violations with forfeitures as penalties. The Court is an independent branch of government, not a department of the legislative branch or the police department.

The Hudson Municipal Court is committed to serving the people of the City of Hudson with fair and impartial service in a respectful and orderly manner. Starting on July 26, 2021, City Hall will be undergoing major remodeling. From July 26, 2021 - August 23, 2021, City Hall will be open Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 2 pm. Staff will be limited, therefore, please call ahead to make an appointment with whom you need to meet. 

Due to COVID 19, we are NOT currently holding "in-person" court proceedings. To appear by mail please fill out the appropriate plea form at the left and return to the municipal court at LEAST ONE DAY prior to the court date listed on the citation. To schedule a Zoom hearing, please contact the clerk AT LEAST TWO DAYS prior to the court date on the citation at 715-716-5737.
